About this tool

PDF Multi Tool puts every page of one or more PDFs on a single board of thumbnails. Drag pages into a new order, rotate them, duplicate them, insert blank pages or delete what you don't need — then save everything as one new PDF.

It is the quickest way to do several page jobs at once: merge three reports, drop the cover page of one, turn a landscape table upright and add a blank page before the appendix, all without running four separate tools.

Pages are copied, not re-rendered, so text stays selectable, links and form fields keep working and quality is identical to the originals. Everything happens in your browser; your files are never uploaded.

Use cases

  • Assemble a report pack

Combine chapters from different files, put them in order and remove draft pages in one pass.

  • Fix a scanned stack

Rotate sideways pages, delete blank scans and move a misplaced page back where it belongs.

  • Prepare for printing

Insert blank pages so each section starts on a right-hand page, or duplicate a form you need twice.

Frequently asked questions

Can I work with several PDFs at once?

Yes. Add up to 30 files; their pages appear on the same board and can be mixed freely.

Does rotating or reordering reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied as they are and rotation only changes the page's orientation flag, so nothing is re-compressed.

What happens to bookmarks?

Pages keep their text, links and form fields. Bookmarks from the original files are not carried over because the page order changes; add new ones with the Bookmark tool if needed.
