Organize PDF
Reorder, rotate, duplicate and delete pages by drag and drop.
About this tool
Organize PDF shows all pages of your document as thumbnails so you can drag them into the right order. Rotate pages that are sideways, duplicate pages you need twice, insert blank pages and delete the ones you don't need.
Select several pages at once to move or rotate them together, and use undo and redo freely while you work. When it looks right, save a new PDF in the new order.
Pages are rearranged without re-rendering, so the result looks exactly like the original and text stays selectable. Your document never leaves your device.

Frequently asked questions
Can I select several pages at once?
Yes. Click to select, Shift-click for a range and Ctrl/Cmd-click to add pages, then drag or rotate them together.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Long-press a thumbnail to drag it; the buttons under each page work with a tap.
Is there a page limit?
No fixed limit. Thumbnails load as you scroll, so documents with hundreds of pages stay responsive.
