About this tool

Rotate PDF turns pages that are sideways or upside down. Rotate every page at once, a range of pages, or click individual thumbnails to rotate each page separately.

Rotation is lossless: only the page's orientation setting changes, so text, images, links and forms remain exactly as they were and the file size stays the same.

The change is permanent in the saved file, so it displays correctly in every PDF reader and on every device.

Does rotating reduce quality?

No. Rotation by 90° steps only changes a flag in the PDF; nothing is re-rendered.

Yes — use the per-page buttons on the thumbnails. When you do, they take priority over the angle and pages fields.
