Invoice Parser
BetaExtract invoice number, dates, vendor, tax ID, VAT and totals from PDF invoices into JSON and Excel.
About this tool
Invoice Parser reads PDF invoices and receipts and pulls out the fields bookkeeping needs: document type, invoice number, invoice and due dates, vendor, vendor and buyer tax IDs, PO number, currency, subtotal, tax rate, tax amount and total.
It understands common English layouts and Thai tax invoices (ใบกำกับภาษี): 13-digit Thai tax IDs are checked with their checksum, Buddhist-era years and Thai month names are converted to standard dates, and Thai digits are read correctly. Drop many files at once to get one row per invoice in a single spreadsheet.
Scanned invoices without a text layer are read with on-device OCR (English and Thai). The parser is rule-based and in beta — always double-check amounts before booking. Your invoices are never uploaded.

Is OCR slow?
OCR runs on your device and takes a few seconds per page; it is only used for files without text.
