About this tool

Signature Anchor Helper looks for anchor words in your PDF — such as “Sign here”, “Signature”, “ลงชื่อ” or “ลายมือชื่อ” — and adds a signature field, a text field or a dashed box at each one. It saves you from placing fields by hand on long contracts and forms.

Choose where the field goes relative to the anchor (right, below, above or over it), its size, and an extra offset to fine-tune the position. The report lists every anchor found with its page and coordinates.

Signature fields created here are empty and ready to be signed in Acrobat or with Digital Signature; text fields can be typed into by any PDF reader. The search uses the PDF’s text, so scanned documents need OCR first.

Frequently asked questions

Which field type should I use?

Signature fields work with digital signatures in Acrobat; text fields let people type their name; boxes are just visual guides.

Can I search for my own words?

Yes. Type any words, separated by commas or new lines.

Nothing was found — why?

The text may be part of an image (scan) or spelled differently. Try OCR PDF first or adjust the anchor words.
