Sign PDF
Draw, type or upload your signature and place it anywhere on the page — free, private and without an account.
About this tool
Sign PDF adds a visual signature to contracts, forms and approvals. Draw with your mouse, finger or stylus (strokes are smoothed automatically), type your name in a handwriting style, or upload a photo of your signature — the white background can be removed for you.
Click the page to place the signature, then drag to move it and pull the corner to resize. You can place several signatures and initials on different pages, or repeat one on every page with “Apply to”.
Everything happens in your browser: your signature image and the document never leave your device. Note that this is a visual (electronic) signature. For a cryptographic signature with a certificate, use Digital Sign PDF.

Frequently asked questions
Is my signature uploaded anywhere?
No. It is created and embedded in your browser; Mofumi has no server that sees your files.
Is this legally binding?
Electronic signatures are accepted for many agreements in Thailand and elsewhere, but requirements vary. For regulated documents use a certificate-based digital signature.
Can I add the same signature to every page?
Yes — set “Apply to” to all pages (or a page range) and the signature is repeated at the same position.
