About this tool

PDFs assembled from many sources often mix page sizes: a Letter scan next to an A4 report, a slightly oversized phone scan, or a slide in landscape. Fix Page Size normalises them to one standard paper size so the document prints cleanly and looks consistent on screen.

Each page that doesn't match is placed on a new page of the chosen size. Fit keeps the whole page visible with white margins, Fill covers the sheet and trims what overflows, and Stretch fills it exactly without keeping proportions. Content stays vector — text remains sharp and selectable — and pages that already have the right size are copied unchanged.

With Automatic orientation, landscape pages stay landscape and portrait pages stay portrait, so nothing ends up sideways.

Frequently asked questions

Will my text still be selectable?

Yes. Pages are scaled as vector content, not turned into images.

What happens to pages that already match?

With “Only resize pages that don't match” on, they are copied exactly as they are.

Are links and form fields kept?

Links, comments and form fields on resized pages are not carried over because the page is rebuilt. Pages that already match keep everything.
