Manual Deskew
Straighten pages by hand with an alignment grid and fine angle control down to 0.1°.
About this tool
Automatic deskewing struggles with pages that have little text, tables at odd angles or photos. Manual Deskew lets you set the angle yourself: the page rotates live beneath a fixed alignment grid, so you can line up text, table rules or the edge of a form exactly.
Adjust each page with the slider or the ±0.1° buttons, or type an angle. Apply one angle to every page when a whole batch went through the scanner the same way. Pages are rotated as vectors and keep their size, so text layers stay selectable.
In workflows, set a default angle or list angles per page, for example “1: 1.5” and “3: -0.8”.

Frequently asked questions
Which way does a positive angle turn?
Positive angles rotate clockwise, negative angles counter-clockwise.
Will the corners be cut off?
Pages keep their original size, so at large angles the very corners may fall outside. For scans this is usually blank margin.
Can I fix many pages at once?
Yes. Set an angle and click Apply to all pages, then fine-tune individual pages.
