Excel to PDF
BetaConvert XLSX spreadsheets and CSV files into printable PDF tables (beta).
About this tool
Excel to PDF reads every visible sheet of an .xlsx workbook (or a CSV file) and lays the used range out as a table: computed formula results, dates and bold cells are kept, and each sheet starts on a new page with a bookmark.
Landscape A4 is the default. Fit all columns to the page width, or split very wide sheets into groups of columns so the text stays readable. Choose specific sheets by name or number.
Conversion happens in your browser — financial data and customer lists are never uploaded. Charts, images, cell colours and print areas are not reproduced in this beta.
