About this tool

Add Watermark marks documents as CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT or with your company logo. Use text (Thai and English supported) or a JPG/PNG image, set the size, colour, opacity and rotation, and place it once or tile it across the whole page.

Choose “Above content” for a mark that can't be hidden behind images, or “Below content” for a subtle background that keeps text fully readable. Apply to all pages or only a range.

The watermark is added as vector text or an embedded image, so quality stays high and files stay small. Everything runs locally in your browser, which makes it safe for confidential contracts.

Can a watermark be removed?

Any visible watermark can be removed by a determined editor. Combine it with Encrypt PDF to restrict editing.

Which image types can I use?

JPG and PNG. PNG with transparency works best for logos.

What does “Below content” do?

It draws the watermark underneath the page content. Pages with an opaque white background may hide it; use “Above content” with low opacity instead.
